India Ka HomeChef Season 1 is set to be one of the most exciting food events
of the year.

We will travel to five states in India to find the top 15 home chefs who will compete in the finals in Delhi. The goal of this contest is to promote Indian traditional food of each state with a theme of desi tadka.

The Competition Audition will occur on 9th Sep, 16th Sep, 23th SEP, 30th Sep, 7th Oct 2023
The audits are being held in Punjab (Ludhiana), Uttarakhand (Dehradun), Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow), Delhi and Assam (Guwahati).

Who can Participate?

The competition is open to home cooks and students pursuing culinary modules. The event is not open to professional chefs working in any Hotels or institutes of Repute.

How to Participate?

A form can be submitted before entering the venue, and offline registration will be available at the venue as well.

Rules & Guidelines

  • One Participant Can Participate Only One Time From One State.
  • Kindly be at the venue sharp 9am late entry will be not allowed.
  • Carry any one desi street food dish which belongs to your state.
  • The dish should be prepare for 1 person.
  • No cooking is allow at the venue.
  • Only presentation of precooked food is allow.
  • Microwave will be provided for reheating, there would be one refrigerator as well.
  • Carry your own reheating and plating utensils with pack of spoons and napkins.
  • Take care of belongingness as management will be not responsible for any kind of damage and loss.
  • Only Participants will be allow to enter the venue
  • All Participants will be get certificate from jury,and welcome drink with cookies.
  • Please bring your home food for lunch aur you may purchase from the canteen or resturant of the venue.

  • Selected Participants for final round will be receive a call from team with in 3 days.
  • Finalists will be get 2000 ₹ to travel by train from state to Delhi with return.
  • Finalists will get accommodation in Delhi by our end.
  • The Final round would be in Month of Oct end week.
  • Team Of each state with 3 finalists will be participate in finale.
  • One team would win the finals and get 31,000 ₹ And they can devide
  • All other participants will get gift hamper of rs 1000/- certificates medals
